- Terms of Sale
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. An Order is only considered accepted by us upon your Order being shipped to the delivery address provided by you.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time that might be due to exceptional circumstances and is you have already made payment for your Order; a full refund will be made to you.
If you discover that you have made a mistake with your Order, after you have submitted it to the site, please drop us an email at [email protected]. We will try our best to process your request.
- Pricing Terms
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, description and prices which appear on this Website are acute, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. We are under no obligation to fulfill your Order it the price listed on the website is incorrect. Delivery costs will be charged in addition and its clear displayed in the ‘Total Cost’.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
- Payment Terms
Payments are conducted through third-party payment gateway ‘PayPal’ or ‘SenangPay’ which are secure online payment that encrypts your details in a secure host environment. We will not be responsible for any technical errors that may arise during the payment process; however, we will endeavor to the best of our ability to work with you and our third-party payment gateway to reach a fair resolution.
- Delivery Terms
We aim to deliver the Product to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your Order.
Kindly take note that we will process and send out all orders within 48 hours after the payment is received. Estimated delivery time provided are to be used as guide only and commence from the date the order is sent out. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
We shall not notify you if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but to the extent permitted by law, we shall not liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
- Personal date Protection
We reserve the right to amend these terms and Conditions at ay time. All amendments to these Terms and Conditions will be posted online. However, continued use of the Site will be deemed to constitute acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
When you submit an Order to the Site, you agree that you do so subject to these Terms and Conditions current at the date you submit your Order. You are responsible for reviewing the latest terms and Conditions each time you submit your Order.
- What customers information is collected and tracked
When you purchase, as part of buying and selling, we collect the personal information you give (name, delivery address, phone, email address). The personal information that your browser sends. This information is collected for analysis and evaluation in order to help us improve our site and the services and products we provide.
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we may send you emails marketing and/or promotional materials from time to time. You can unsubscribe from marketing information at anytime by using the unsubscribe function within the electronic marketing material.
- With whom this information is shared
We will not share your information with any other organizations, complying with the PDPA. In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
We may pass your name and address on to a third-party in order to make delivery of the product to you. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways have their own privacy policies in respect to the information, we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
In exceptional circumstances we may be required and committed to disclose personal information, such as when there are grounds to believe that the disclosure is necessary to prevent a threat to life or health, or for law enforcement purposes.
- How customers can opt out
If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by contacting us at [email protected].

We ensure that all information collected will be safely and securely stored and will take reasonable precautions by following the industry best practices. We will securely be destroying your personal information when it’s no longer needed for our record retention purposes.
We reserve the right to modify and change the Privacy Statement at any time. Any changes to this policy will be published on our site and will take effect immediately.
Return & Exchange Policy / Refund Policy
- Store policy on all terms of return or refund or both
We offer an easy return service to ensure the best possible online shopping experience. You can return the items to us with one of the following return options:
Exchange your item for different size/color or replacement for a wrong or defective item sent or full refund to your original payment mode.
All returns must be fulfilling our Returns T&Cs below:
- All items must be received by us for a customer to be eligible for a refund or replacement. We are not responsible for returned parcels until they arrive at our HQ. Please retain the postage receipt and tracking number as proof of return.
- All return/exchange requests will be processed within 3 working days upon receipt of returned items.
- Exchanges are only available for size of the same product. Exchanging for a different product is strictly not allowed. We recommend returning your original item for a refund and place a new order for the different product.
- If the item you want is out of stock, you will be refunded in the original method of payment.
- Once your return/refund has been approved, you will receive an email notification.
- Please allow up to 14 working days for the return/refund to be received on your end.
- Time frame to return after received item
Items you wish to return must be mailed back to our HQ within 14 days of receiving your parcel for local orders, and within 30 days for international orders.
- Conditions of products upon return
The product shall be in original conditions, un-worn, un-altered. Product tags still intact and shall not be tampered with and the Product shall be in the original brand packaging (if applicable).
In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right no to accept returns and send the Product back to you.
- Shipping details (area, provider, tracking info)
We offer domestic and international delivery services via DHL and PosLaju Malaysia. Tracking number will be provided through email once your parcel is shipped.
We are sorry to share that we are not able to make deliveries to the following areas in Malaysia:
- Free Trade Zones
- P.O. Box addresses
For delivery to army base camps and university or college campus addresses, your order(s) can only be delivered to the administration office or the mailing room.
- Shipping rate
All shipping charges will be calculated automatically when you checkout based on your total order amount and your shipping country.
We calculate our shipping base on weight.
- Peninsular Malaysia – Start from RM8
- Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan – Start from RM10
- International – You may find calculated shipping fee at the checkout page
- Estimate delivery time frame
We aim to deliver you item in the fastest time possible. Look out for the delivery lead time at the product description page. Below are the delivery lead time for Malaysia and international order:
- Klang Valley area – 1-3 working days
- Rest of peninsular Malaysia – 2-4 working days
- For international orders – 3-15 working days
This may be extended during peak periods. We will contact you if there is a delay n the processing of your order.
Enjoy next working day delivery if you place your order before 12pm, otherwise receive your order the following working day (Klang Valley only).

All transactions are process via PayPal or SenangPay and all orders will be paid in Malaysian Ringgit.
