Welcome to The Skin Lovers. These Terms and Conditions explain how our website, member accounts, Glow Points, referral and stockist programs work, and the basis on which you may use them. By creating an account or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
By accessing or using theskinlovers.com (the "website") or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
One account covers shopping, Glow Points, the referral program, and the stockist program — you don't need separate registrations. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent/guardian's consent, to create an account.
Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit and include any applicable tax as marked. Payment is collected at checkout via our payment gateway. An order is confirmed once payment is captured; we'll notify you of your order status via your account and, where available, WhatsApp/email.
Glow Points are earned on qualifying paid orders and other activities (check-ins, birthdays) at rates published in your account and on our FAQ page. Points have no cash value except as a redemption credit against future orders, cannot be transferred between accounts, expire after the published period, and may be adjusted or clawed back in the case of refunds, fraud, or error.
Members may share a personal referral link. Rewards are calculated on the value of orders placed by people you referred, at the levels and rates published in your account, and are credited as Glow Points subject to a hold period, refund clawback, and anti-fraud checks (including self-referral and shared-device/address detection). Referral levels 2 and 3 are built but remain disabled pending our AJL licence application; only level 1 pays out until then. An order will never carry both a referral reward and a stockist wholesale margin.
Stockists are independent resellers under a wholesale buy-sell agreement — not a multi-level or recruitment-based program. Approved stockists purchase stock at a margin below RRP and resell at their own price up to our minimum advertised price policy. Applications are reviewed manually and approval is at our discretion; a stockist account may be suspended for breach of these terms, including selling below MAP or misrepresenting the brand.
We ship within Malaysia. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provided — please make sure it's correct and complete.

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Product descriptions, ingredients, packaging and images are for general information only and may be updated without notice. Our products are cosmetics, not medicines, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have a known skin condition or allergy, check the full ingredient list before use and discontinue if irritation occurs.
You may not use the website or any program (Glow Points, referral, stockist) to commit fraud, create fake or duplicate accounts, manipulate rewards, resell below our minimum advertised price, or otherwise act in bad faith. We may suspend or terminate accounts, claw back rewards, and pursue any remedy available to us for breach of these terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Skin Lovers' liability for any claim relating to your use of the website or our products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos and the "Glow with Confidence" brand — is owned by or licensed to The Skin Lovers and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it without our written permission.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised "last updated" date; continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
