Resistance Band: Booty Workout At Home Part 1

4 Beginner Friendly Booty Workout

  1. Slide the resistance band up to above your knee.
  2. Position yourself, feet firmly on the floor & squat halfway. 
  3. Maintain your position as your lift your left leg 15 times.
  4. Repeat this exercise on your right leg.
  5. Repeat 3 – 4 session, 20 second break in between. 
  1. Slide the resistance band up to above your knee.
  2. Position yourself, feet firmly on the floor & squat halfway. 
  3. Maintaining position, take 6 steps to your left.
  4. Then, take 6 steps to your right. 
  5. Conduct step 3-4 for 1 minute. 
  6. Repeat 3 – 4 session, 20 second break in between. 
  1. Slide the resistance band up to above your knee.
  2. Position yourself, feet firmly on the floor & squat 90 degrees. 
  3. Maintain squat position for 30 seconds.
  4. Repeat 3 – 4 session with 20 second break in between. 
  1. Slide the resistance band up to above your knee.
  2. Position yourself, feet firmly on the floor.
  3. Place both hands onto the the wall or grab the edge of the chair.
  4. Lift your left leg backwards slowly. Do not swing your leg.
  5. Do this 15 times, and alternate to the right leg. 
  6. Repeat 3 – 4 session with 20 second break in between.
