4 Beginner Friendly Booty Workout
- Slide the resistance band up to above your knee.
- Position yourself, feet firmly on the floor & squat halfway.Â
- Maintain your position as your lift your left leg 15 times.
- Repeat this exercise on your right leg.
- Repeat 3 – 4 session, 20 second break in between.Â
- Slide the resistance band up to above your knee.
- Position yourself, feet firmly on the floor & squat halfway.Â
- Maintaining position, take 6 steps to your left.
- Then, take 6 steps to your right.Â
- Conduct step 3-4 for 1 minute.Â
- Repeat 3 – 4 session, 20 second break in between.Â

- Maintain squat position for 30 seconds.

- Lift your left leg backwards slowly. Do not swing your leg.
- Do this 15 times, and alternate to the right leg.Â
